Booking a beauty or wellness appointment through Fash is simple, whether you're visiting a salon, spa, or having a professional come to you.

How to book

• Choose your service (hair, skincare, makeup, spa, or wellness treatment).
• Select a salon/studio visit or a home appointment, where available.
• Pick an available date and time slot from your chosen professional's real-time calendar.
• Confirm and pay securely in-app.

Rescheduling and cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel from your order details screen. Cancellations made well ahead of your appointment are free; cancelling close to the appointment time, or a no-show, may incur a fee to compensate the professional's reserved time -- this is always shown before you confirm.

Choosing your professional

For services where multiple professionals are available, you can choose a specific professional (where the salon or studio allows it) or let Fash match you with the next available qualified professional.
