Home visits are available within the service zones our professionals actively cover. If your address falls outside a covered zone, the app will only show salon/studio visit options for that service.

What to Expect

Your professional brings the tools and products needed for the booked service. Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with access to water and a power outlet where the service requires it (e.g. hairstyling, certain skincare treatments).

Safety and Hygiene

All professionals follow standard hygiene protocols, including sanitized tools and single-use items where applicable. If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, let your professional know before the service begins.

Cancellations and Access

Please ensure someone is available at the address at the scheduled time. If the professional cannot access the location or reach you within a reasonable wait time, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and a fee may apply, as disclosed at booking.
