How long does cleaning take?

Standard turnaround is typically 24 to 48 hours depending on the service and volume. Express (same-day/next-day) options are available for an additional fee where offered in your area.

Can I track my order?

Yes -- your order status updates in real time from pickup through processing to delivery, visible on the order details screen.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule pickup or delivery from the order details screen, subject to the rescheduling window shown for your order.

How do I pay?

Payment is made securely in-app via the mobile money and payment options available in your area, at checkout or on delivery depending on the service.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Report any quality concern within 24 hours of delivery through the app -- see our Cleaning Policy for how we resolve it.
