How long can I rent an outfit?
Standard rental is 3 days, with options to extend from your order details screen, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Can I reserve an outfit before my event?
Yes. You can reserve an outfit weeks or even months in advance to guarantee availability for your event date.
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes. Delivery and pickup services are available in selected locations -- check availability for your address at checkout.
What sizes are available?
Each listing shows available sizes; if you're unsure, size guidance is provided on the product page, and our support team can help with sizing questions.
What happens to my security deposit?
Your deposit is refunded after the outfit is returned and inspected -- see our Rental Policy for full details.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, subject to the cancellation window shown at booking -- cancelling well ahead of your rental date is free; late cancellations may incur a fee.
