Fashion Rental Policy

Understand our rental terms, deposits, returns and care guidelines before placing your booking.

Rental Duration

Most outfits are rented for a standard period of 3 days, covering your event and a reasonable window either side for pickup/delivery and return. Flexible extensions are available for an additional fee -- request an extension from your order details screen before your rental period ends, subject to availability.

Security Deposit

Premium outfits require a refundable security deposit, charged at checkout alongside the rental fee and clearly itemized before you confirm. The deposit is refunded to your original payment method after the outfit is returned and inspected, typically within a few business days, provided it's returned on time and in the condition it was rented in (normal wear excepted).

Late Returns

Please return rented outfits by the agreed date. Late returns may attract an additional daily rental fee for each day beyond the agreed return date, deducted from your security deposit where applicable; any shortfall may be charged separately. Contact support as early as possible if you need more time -- an approved extension avoids late fees entirely.

Damage and Loss

Minor wear consistent with normal use is expected and not charged. Significant damage, staining, or loss of an item will be assessed against the item's condition at handover and may be deducted from your deposit, with any shortfall charged to your payment method, consistent with the terms disclosed at booking.

Cleaning

Professional cleaning after your rental is included in the rental fee -- please do not attempt to clean the item yourself before returning it, as inappropriate cleaning methods can damage delicate fabrics and embellishments.
